RETURNS

As per Australian Consumer Law (ACL) if you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know within 7 days of recieving your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We can assist you by accepting the return of the product, (postage at buyers expense) and provide you a full refund or exchange the product for another one. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To notify us of your intent to request a return or refund please email caring@neverlonleyconnections.com.au within 7 days or recieving your items.

We respect your privacy ✓

Ordering Process

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a small team of humans, working with human hands and human brains. We aren’t perfect. innocent

Successfully placed orders will recieve an email confirmation with the order number and details. If you did not recieve an email, please check your spam filter settings, trash, junk folder or contact us for confirmation.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us imediately at caring@neverlonelyconnections.com.au. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. 

Shipping Policy

Our printed materials ship from Brisbane, Australia. 

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international locations. If you are down the street from us in Brisbane, you’ll get it faster than if you live in London. Our shipping quotes, but does not guarentee,  2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. If your location is not listed, please contact us at caring@neverlonelyconnections.com.au for a custom quote or complete the form at the bottom of the online shop page on this website. 

 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address when completing your order details. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at caring@neverlonelyconnections.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
